Secure Your Date
Approve as drafted or request one revision. A 50% non-refundable deposit, applied to your final balance, holds your date.

Refine & Finalize
We refine details together up until one month before your wedding, when all final adjustments are locked in.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the calculator estimate a real quote?
Think of it as an honest starting range, not a formal quote. Once we know your venue, palette, and guest count, we'll build a fully custom proposal with itemized pricing — that's your real number.
What's your minimum investment?
We do not have a minimum investment. Intimate celebrations typically begin around $4,500. Full wedding designs typically begin near $7,500. If your day is smaller or simpler than that, let's talk — we're happy to point you toward the right fit.
Does pricing include delivery and setup?
Yes. Delivery, installation, and day-of styling are included on every proposal, so you can be fully present instead of managing logistics.
What happens to the florals after the wedding?
We return at the close of your celebration to carefully strike, clean, and compost your florals — leaving your space just as beautiful as we found it. You are welcome to keep what you'd like for yourselves, just let us or your planner know ahead of time. All vessels are rentals, except for bouquet vases, which are yours to keep. We do not offer donation services.
How do we officially book you?
After your consultation and custom proposal, a 50% non-refundable deposit — applied toward your final balance — secures your date. You'll have one revision to the proposal before that deposit is due.
When are the final details due?
We refine your design together up until one month before your wedding. All final counts, additions, and adjustments are locked in at that point.
Do you travel for destination weddings?
We're based in Bend, Oregon, and love traveling for the right celebration. Reach out with your location and date and we'll let you know what's possible.
