With a background in fashion merchandising in New York and Los Angeles, Colleen brings a refined eye, impeccable taste, and a deep understanding of budgeting to her work as a Client Liaison and Event Designer at Summer Robbins Flowers. As a trusted collaborator and client advocate, she partners closely with Summer to guide couples through every phase of the design process—with clarity, care, and heart.
Colleen leads the creative vision for our small to mid-size events, overseeing everything from concept development to day-of installation and strike. As one of our in-house floral designers, she’s equally at home in the studio or on-site, hands-on with the blooms. A true lover of the client experience, she ensures every detail feels personal, intentional, and beautifully executed.
Fun fact: Colleen is currently planning her own wedding on the Oregon coast for August 2025—so she deeply understands the journey our clients are on.
When she’s not flowering, you’ll find her practicing yoga, catching live music with friends, or adventuring with her fiancé Jake and their sweet pup, Willow.
With nearly a decade in the wedding industry, Shelby brings a wealth of experience and calm confidence to every celebration. She spent six years as an Event Planner in Southern California before relocating to Central Oregon, where she served as the Catering Services Manager at Sunriver Resort for three years.
Now, Shelby channels her deep industry expertise into designing and managing our small to mid-size events—overseeing every detail from concept through delivery, installation, and strike. As a trusted client contact and creative collaborator, she’s devoted to making each event feel beautifully personal and effortlessly executed.
Outside the studio, Shelby lives in Bend with her partner Jeremy—whom she met at a wedding, naturally—and their two fur babies, August and Newt. She’s an avid reader with a soft spot for fantasy novels and murder mysteries, and can often be found riding her mountain bike through the trails of Central Oregon.
