Torrie & Leo

THE CEREMonY

Torrie & Leo married in a grove of trees with the Metolius River and Mount Jefferson as their view.  Their close friend (and bridesmaid) designed and built their modern oak chuppah, of which the lines were so beautiful and intentional that our main goal was to compliment the structure by adding asymmetrical organic whimsy to the shape.  Both sides of the aisle were lined with gardens of bright purple giant allium, orange lilies, roses, spirea, and foliage inspired by the forest floor which was all around us.

The PErsonals

We curated a bridal bouquet for Torrie, a color enthusiast and artist, featuring soft blues, lavenders, and purples, perfectly complementing her modern, ethereal bridal gown. Her bridesmaids, dressed in vibrant hues from the couple's palette, carried bouquets in juicy shades of orange. Torrie's bouquet highlighted the cooler tones, while her bridesmaids' flowers embraced the warmth of their chosen colors. Leo's boutonniere echoed the cool shades of Torrie's bouquet, while his groomsmen wore boutonnieres in the warm hues matching the bridesmaids' flowers, adding a cohesive pop of color to their navy suits. It was a simple yet striking way to tie together their wedding's color scheme.

The PARTY

Beneath the shady canopy of their sailcloth tent, Torrie & Leo's reception echoed the restrained yet whimsical modernity that defined every aspect of their wedding. Lively garden-inspired floral arrangements adorned white linen tables, interspersed with contemporary ceramic dishes and gold flatware, all reflecting their fresh and distinctive style. Notably, striking large-scale graphic arrangements graced the expansive bar and oyster bar, adding bold focal points to the celebration.
