Getting Started
Our minimum investment is $10K for our weddings due to our commitment to artistry, using only the most premium blooms for our florals, and providing each of our clients with our signature outstanding service. Summer Robbins Flowers is onsite the day of your event making everything beautiful, arranging and styling, working closely with your event planner on the decor details and your photographer on their shot list. We make everything aesthetically lovely for both your guests and the memories you keep.
Design, concept, sourcing, delivery and installation costs are 25% of your total order. Strike, cleaning, and disposal costs are 5%.

Please fill out our online contact form. Wherever you are in your planning process, these answers will help us curate truly unique details and design beautiful floral arrangements for your event. If you don’t have all of the answers yet, we understand. Do the best you can.
Book a consultation. This is an opportunity to discuss ideas and refine the details that will bring your vision to life. Following this consultation, Summer will send you a floral design deck and invoice that reflects your personality and is consistent with the aesthetics of your day with descriptions and itemized costs for you to review.

DESIGN & DEPOSITS
Dialing it in
After receiving your design deck and itemized floral invoice, you can approve the plan as drafted or request specific changes. You’ll have the opportunity to request an updated proposal one time before committing to a deposit to proceed. Upon deposit receipt, we will work closely with your planner to refine all the details of your design up until 1 month before your wedding date when all details will be finalized and your final balance will be due.
To hold your date, a deposit of 50% of your total balance along with a signed copy of your proposal/contract will save your date with us. The non-refundable deposit will be applied to your final balance.
